Lancaster lawyer - among the appointment in Derbyshire
1413 - he was in the Lollard rising & was committed to the
Tower of London - on 8 Feb 1414 His elder brother John Booth & 1 of his nephews offered securutis of 1,000marks as gaurntee that HENRY BOTHE would not escape if iron were removed - he finally was pardoned & got out of the tower on
January 1418
he repaid the kindness of his relatives
1416 - Henry Bothe & John de la Pole, obtained the marriage
& wardship of NICHOLAS FitzHerbert, he eventually arranged a marriage between Nicholas & his daughter Alice
28 Feb 1420 - Derbyshire - HENRY Bothe - assize of Novel dis siezen brought by Prior & Convent of Repton - of 2 parts of manor of Potlack

Littleover, Derbyshire, were summoned by King Henry V, probaly because of a violent dispute which had recently errupted between them, but possible for other reasons..
